|Recommended: NoThis management is bullying tenants and raising rent without proper explanation or evidence. They get mad if you ask for proof and threaten tenants if they don’t get their way. They belittle my mom when she moved in. Stating that they didn’t think she could last. Paying the rent and belittled her over the phone multiple times. I am a witness and one of my mom’s friends are. But the manager has nobody to answer to

|Recommended: YesStaff Is Really Great And So Is The Respond Time When It Comes To Work Orders. — I have been here two months and I have no complaints. Quiet and nice neighbors. Close to grocery store and on ground gym and pool.

|Recommended: YesEnjoy Living Here — I Like to live here cons if you get housing assistance don't expect any updates on any appliance's or just general floors, cabinets etc. lots of kids so its kid friendly. Too many dogs with so many poop around but still they maintain a lot.
|Recommended: YesFrom the few times I've visited this apartment complex,it's pretty nice,the residents seem friendly,and not to much noise.when there is,it's usually quiet by 9 pm which isn't too shabby .I recently applied here and hope I will be able to call it home pretty soon 💖

|Recommended: YesI am currently applying for residency here. I had a very pleasant experience with the woman on the phone and she was able to answer all my questions satisfactorily. I look forward to meeting your staff in person if my application is accepted Thank you 😊 I cannot give the other categories a rating because I have yet to see the grounds but the staff was very kind and helpful today over the phone.

|Recommended: YesNice Property, Not So Good Area — I enjoyed living there while I did, it’s a nice property, I didn’t have a problem with bugs, but I did have a problem with being able to hear all my neighbors. It’s not a good area to live in for the price that is charged, also there’s only one trash can in the entire apartment where people leave piles out side of it all the time. And as well as a lot of crack heads wandering around the canal.

|Recommended: NoIt’s An Exceptional Place To Live. — The grounds are in no way take care of,people grow their trash everywhere and it could use multiple dumpster sites instead of 1 compacter
